What's the weather like?
Late March in Marrakech offers some of the most comfortable and inviting weather of the year, sitting right at the start of spring. Days are typically warm and sunny, with afternoon temperatures hovering around 70–77°F (21–25°C), while mornings and evenings cool down into the 50s°F (10–12°C), creating a pleasant contrast. Rain is occasional but usually light and brief, and the city enjoys plenty of sunshine with low humidity—ideal for walking the medina, exploring gardens, or hosting outdoor events.
Overall, it’s that sweet spot where the heat hasn’t yet arrived, but winter has fully faded, making late March one of the best times to experience Marrakech comfortably.

Most travelers from other U.S. cities can connect either through a European hub (such as London, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, or Lisbon) or via Casablanca before continuing on to Marrakech (RAK).

Is it safe to travel to Morocco?
Morocco is considered a very safe and welcoming destination for international visitors, and tourism is one of the country’s top priorities. Millions of travelers visit each year, and the vast majority of trips are completely trouble‑free, especially in major cultural hubs like Marrakech where there is a strong security and tourism presence.
One of the reasons we chose Morocco is the incredible hospitality and how genuinely proud Moroccans are to host guests. Visitors consistently describe locals as gracious, warm, and eager to share their culture, food, and music with travelers. For the Wilco in Morocco shows, we are partnering only with trusted local operators and venues and are closely following official travel guidance to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Is alcohol available for purchase in morocco?
Alcohol is available in both Marrakech and across Morocco, but it exists within a more discreet, culturally respectful framework than many Western travelers are used to.
While Morocco is a predominantly Muslim country where many locals do not drink, alcohol is legally served in licensed hotels, upscale restaurants, riads, beach clubs, and nightlife venues—particularly in tourist-friendly areas.
In Marrakech, visitors will find a well-developed cocktail and wine scene within these spaces, often featuring excellent local Moroccan wines and imported spirits. Retail alcohol is also sold in select supermarkets and specialty shops, though typically in separate sections or standalone stores.
Overall, alcohol is accessible for travelers, but it’s best enjoyed in designated venues and with an awareness of local customs and etiquette.
Will Food and Beverages be available at the shows?
Yes, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at the show from multiple bars.
A variety of food vendors will be onsite as well from doors until the end of show.
